Our tour starts out with a visit to Ţingvellir National Park, where the Icelandic parliament, Alţingi, was founded in 930 A.D. Ţingvellir is geologically extraordinary, with the tectonic plate boundaries forming a landscape that will take your breath away.
We continue to Gullfoss waterfall, where you can get close enough to feel the mist of the glacial water.
We usually eat at the Gullfoss Café or the Information Centre at the geothermal area near Geysir.
From there, we journey to the incredible spouting hot springs of Geysir and Strokkur.
